The polypropylene (PP) is used for the insulation of cables for telecommunications, telephony, data transmission and BUS.

 

The low dielectric constant (er = 2.3) allows the realization of low-capacity cables, while maintaining a high speed of signal transmission.

 

The PP-S foamed used in the bus cables is placed under the shield and it improves the quality of the signal.
